At a health spa, 007, taking a break from the rigours of international espionage, decides to investigate Count Lippe and what appears to be a Tong tattoo on his arm. Unknown to Bond at this time, Lippe is a SPECTRE agent, working with Fiona Volpe and Angelo Palazzi who, after training and surgery, is now a double agent of a NATO bomber pilot, and they plan to steal two atomic bombs and blackmail the British government. 

After killing the real pilot, Lippe dumps the body at the spa using the ambulance, but he's spotted by Bond, and its only a matter of time before SPECTRE plan is blown out of the water!
